New and Used Conditions

Tiffany's Brickery sell both new and used parts. A part is considered new when we have personally taken it out if its sealed bag. Used parts may have blemishes, scuffs, knicks and/or stress marks. We do our best to not sell parts that have excessive markings. If the part does have excessive markings, it will be listed in the description.

Minifigures

To ensure all parts are accounted for, minifigures will come assembled unless noted in the description.

Payment

Tiffany's Brickery accepts Paypal and most major credit cards. 

If no payment is received within 5 days after the invoice has been sent, the purchase will be canceled.

Local Pickup

We do offer local pickup for our customers. There is a $3.00 handling fee and no minimum order. Please contact us AND request quote for your order. We will contact you for location and time of pickup. 

Returns

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, the buyer pays return shipping and a 20% restocking fee is charged. The remaining balance will be refunded in store credit or through PayPal or credit card (buyers choice). The buyer is responsible for replacing damaged pieces.Last Updated: 14 Jun 2023
